Brief summary: A reimagined new adaptation of Jean Genet’s famous play, where the director follows the author’s wishes for the first time ever… “All roles in the show must be played by men and only men”…The amazing cast consists of professional performers from the LGBTQIA theater community, as well as drag queens and drag kings! Two maids, sisters, work in Madame’s mansion. Jealous of the aristocrat-queen, her life, her fashionable garments, lovers, the maids play a game – they transform into Madame while she is not around. Having lost themselves in the game, they write a letter of denunciation to the police where they set Monsieur up… sending him to jail and come up with a plan to murder their mistress…
