Lisa has always dreamed of directing a production of The Maids by Jean Genet. Now, having created her own adaptation and translation of the play from the original French, Lisa makes her dreams come true with the help of the terrific cast: Scott Lilly as Solange, Dyllan Vallier as Claire, Alex Vaynerchuk as Madame, Jeanathan Lei as the Milkman Mario. And Lisa herself – transforms into Monsieur! The show premiered at the popular queer club in Brooklyn – the 3 Dollar Bill. The Maids are scheduled to return with a new set of shows in March 2024!
