9 May, 2021 SALathon 2021!

On May 17th Lisa is participating in a 24-hour zoom event – SALathon 2021! Lisa will be chatting with Sal and Darren St George about all the wonderful shows that they have done together over the years with St George Living History Productions. Thanks to Sal, Lisa got a chance to play such iconic women as Liz Taylor, Gale Storm, Coco Chanel and Mary Shelley! Tune in anytime through a zoom link below or Facebook.

Lisa will be performing a couple of songs from the musicals about Coco Chanel and Gale Storm/Ava Gardner. So, some classic Edith Piaf and Frank Sinatra repertoire is in order!

9 April, 2021 Scarface, the Al Capone Musical is coming to you in 2022!

The next year promises to be quite eventful and fruitful when it comes to new musicals. Lisa and David Serero have recorded an original cast album for Scarface, the Al Capone musical. Lisa performs the new take on the famous P.I.M.P.! Arranged, produced, written and directed by David Serero, this show will be a lot of fun! Prohibition-era standards re-arranged in Hip-hop style, with Jazz and Opera, speakeasies, gangsters, glitz and glamour…

Lisa will be playing one of the iconic characters. Which one? To be announced soon!

David Serero has invited Lisa to work on a new project! A series of audio plays. Lisa read for Chimene in Le Cid by Pierre Corneille (English adaptation by David Serero), Dona Sol in Hernani (English adaptation by David Serero) and recorded an original one-woman play – I, Marie Antoinette!

23 April, 2020 They Came to the Castle.. has been postponed.

Lisa has been in rehearsals for the new original play by the veteran playwright of the Theater for the New City, Barbara Kahn – “They Came to the Castle: Immigrants, a Tenor and Lola Montez” since February. The show was to open on March 19th 2020. Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen circumstances and the global pandemic that we’re currently living through, the production had to be postponed. Please stay safe and keep an eye out for the new dates in Summer 2020! We will be back soon and stronger than ever!

20 November, 2019 The musical “Anne Frank, a musical”

Hear-ye, hear ye! The wonderful musical “Anne Frank, a musical” is about to return to the Off-Broadway stage of New York City! The producers are planning on bringing the show back for an extended run in March 2020. Lisa will be returning as one of the original cast members – to resume the role of Edith Frank, the mother of Anne Frank! More updates to come.

9 November, 2019 Shooting of the film “Biff and Me”

Lisa is once again joining her good friend – the film director Nicola Rose! This time they are shooting a short film – “Biff and Me” about the sweet friendship of the two outcasts in school, who deal with bullying together and don’t let anyone come between them – they accept each other simply as they are – weird and fun, unconventional and bold! Lisa plays the Pageant Hostess – a former Beauty Queen! Coming out next year!
